Mohammed Toyeeb OLADELE is a visionary entrepreneur with a strong track record in business management, driving performance improvement and sustainable growth. His latest venture; MEET, was inspired by a real-world challenge of insufficient shift allocations in the temporary recruitment industry.
Recognizing the inefficiencies affecting workers, agencies and the businesses served by the agencies, he has dedicated himself to developing innovative solutions that optimize workforce distribution while fostering ethical collaboration.
Previously, Mohammed founded and successfully exited an Agri-export business, gaining invaluable insights into international trade and strategic operations. Now, he leverages his expertise to revolutionize the recruitment sector, building a platform that enhances transparency, efficiency and trust within the industry.
