Carbon Reduction Plan

Publication Date: 11 May 2026Baseline Year: 2026Reporting Year: 2026

Commitment to achieving Net Zero

Meet Resources Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2040.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

Meet Resources Limited officially registered in November 2023, though full operations commenced in April 2026. This 2026 reporting period serves as our initial baseline. The business is currently pre-revenue and operates on a fully remote basis. Consequently, Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for this period are recorded as zero.

Emissions Reduction Targets

As we scale and move toward revenue-generating operations, we plan to establish physical office branches. We have adopted targets to ensure our growth remains sustainable, prioritising carbon intensity efficiency as our absolute footprint evolves from a 100% remote model.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The following environmental management measures and projects have been implemented since the 2026 baseline:

Current 100% Remote Operations

Eliminating all commuting and office-based energy consumption during the pre-revenue launch phase.

Digital-First Recruitment Platform

End-to-end paperless onboarding for temp workers and employers to eliminate physical waste.

Future Initiatives

In the future we hope to implement further measures such as:

Sustainable Office Procurement

When opening physical branches, we will prioritise energy-efficient buildings (BREEAM certified) and 100% renewable energy tariffs.

Hybrid Work Policy

Maintaining flexible work arrangements to minimise total weekly commuting miles as the team and physical presence grow.
